This Privacy Policy explains how Not My Mess Co. ("we," "us"), operated by Cody Klemola in Kelowna, British Columbia, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or buy from our online store. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Payment information: handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed to run the store:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments
Printful, our print-on-demand partner, which produces and ships your order
Shipping carriers, to deliver your package
Authorities, only if the law requires it

We don't sell your personal information.

Information stored outside Canada

Shopify, Printful and their service providers may store and process your information in the United States and other countries. When that happens, it may be accessible to authorities in those countries under their laws.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some parts of the store (like the cart) may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons (generally up to 7 years in Canada), then delete them.
