Every item is made to order, so your order ships in two steps:

1. PRODUCTION: 2-7 business days
Your item is printed or embroidered after you order.

2. DELIVERY: typically 3-7 business days within Canada once it ships
International orders usually take longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and what you order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. That's normal.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
