TERMS OF SERVICE
Not My Mess Co.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit or buy from the Not My Mess Co. online store (the "Store"). "We," "us" and "our" mean Not My Mess Co., operated by Cody Klemola in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. WHO CAN BUY
You must be at least the age of majority where you live (19 in British Columbia) or have a parent or guardian's permission to place an order.

2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Every product is printed or embroidered after you order it. Our fulfillment partner produces and ships your order. Because items are made one at a time, small differences in print placement (up to about 2.5 cm / 1 in) and colour are normal and are not defects. Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the finished product.

3. PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already paid for. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

4. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when it goes into production. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, a product is unavailable or there's a pricing error. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund. You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering by emailing us; after that your item may already be in production.

5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: misprints, defects, damage and our mistakes are replaced or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Wrong-size and change-of-mind returns aren't accepted because each item is made for you.

7. OUR DESIGNS
All designs, slogans, logos, text and images on the Store belong to Not My Mess Co. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or print them on other products without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the right to own and wear that item, not the design.

8. USING THE STORE
Don't use the Store for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, to place fake or fraudulent orders, or to scrape or copy its content.

9. REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you let us use them on the Store and our social media. Don't post anything false, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

10. WARRANTIES
Products come with the warranties and rights that consumer protection law in your province gives you, and nothing in these Terms takes those away. Beyond those rights, the Store and products are provided "as is."

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost time or profits. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the laws of the province or country where you live.

13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
