How it works
- Send a request. Fill out our custom order request form. It takes about 2 minutes.
- Get your mockup and quote. We send a digital proof showing your logo on the garment, plus a full price.
- Approve and pay. Production starts once you approve the proof in writing and pay in full.
- Delivered. Orders are produced and shipped directly to you. Typical turnaround is shown on your quote.
Logo files
Best: vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF). Good: a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If all you have is a screenshot or a photo of your sign, send it anyway and we'll tell you if it can be cleaned up.
The fine print
- All custom orders are paid in full before production begins.
- Nothing is produced until you approve your proof in writing. Please check spelling, colours and placement carefully; what you approve is what we make.
- Custom items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or wrong size. Use the size chart on your quote before ordering.
- If an item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
- By submitting a logo, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We don't print logos or trademarks belonging to other companies.
- Colours on screens vary. Embroidery thread and print inks are matched as closely as possible but may differ slightly from your brand colours.
